No reason to buy, and those who were going to sell have already done so.
The LOI is a carrot to encourage folks to buy more shares. However our recent partnering skills and the constant departures of high profile team members have destroyed any credibility for most investors to even take a chance with this company.
Maybe GC can actually come threw for once, but this is a lotto ticket at best.
Goodluck all and hopefully we get good news on Monday and avoid bad news on Friday.
