I thought, and perhaps entirely wrong, that the motion for summary judgement would be heard after the motion was fully brief at the next status conference in September? If that isn't the case and the judge can rule along the way then we wouldn't know when a ruling could take place and it could before September. I'm not sure that a TRO ruling can occur as HJOE didn't motion for it, or do they have to? Lot's and lot's of unanswered questions left in this case.
