Personally what I feel will happen is with all the other court rulings on the same matter recently is that the judge will rule in Hjoe favor . I think it will be our motion with prejudice. Then it will move on to court from there. Then the ball will be in Hjoe court and they will need to file and do their guidance. So basically nothings going to happen until the judge sees it in September. Then hopefully Hjoe already has everything in order and immediately does their filing !!!
