Did anyone notice that there has already been a meeting of the creditors only 3 days after the bk filing?
Ordinarily you file and a notice is sent to your creditors to inform them. This could take a week or two to set up a meeting. Yet 3 days from the filing the creditors met on a Saturday.
IMO the groundwork has already been set for a quick exit and all parties are in agreement with the reorg. plan.
