I think this is a good step.

1- GC isnt going it alone and is getting help in areas which he may not be an expert such as financing.

2- Real world financing will be huge (non dilutive)

3-Shows that significant progress is being made in China (even if not official yet)

4- 5 Year business plan in place (which I would love to see)

5- They wouldnt be doing this unless there were large imminent production deals.
