It was not painted up EOD - .013 was the next price available after the aggressive buying from .0110 up taking out those MMs trying to hold it back with fake 10K asks or by breaking up larger slaps with multiples of 10200/20400 etc - as reported in my real time commentary during the last hour of trading.
