As I explained previously in the case of NTEK at least for my own personal market cap assessment, I will always use the A/S. I have learned the hard way after 3 A/S raises the 499M A/S will be breached sooner rather than later.

You are correct however as Officially the market cap is approx 4M using the O/S. Enough said, case closed.

By the way we are still undervalued using the A/S market cap of approx 22M so either way its a win win .
