Winston, I totally disagree with your market cap assessment. Current market cap is closer to 22M because with NTEK we need to use the A/S of 499M and not the O/S as would be the case with most other stocks. The market knows the history of the continuing dilution of NTEK and is likely rationalizing the A/S will be breached at some point as the O/S continues to creep up.

Just being realistic.
