Multiple slaps on the 10K holdback attempts at .0111 - 74K so far - just a matter of time.
Eventually someone who wants to move this up may set a 250K buy at .0115 to bypass the holdback attempt and take the flipper shares at .0115 before a large spread develops above that.
That was exactly what happened on the previous major moves in the .01>.015 and .015>.02 ranges.
