I think they are talking about the preferred shares, why not that's what they are for investment, acquisition, and they want to sell them at higher levels obviously... down here in the gutter is a waste of shares to give at these prices, they need the price up at a respectable level to get any real value for equity deals...

Otherwise they collapse like every other share selling pos back to no bid, pump then dump rinse and repeat....

I believe they want to do this right way, build value, shareholder value, equity value.
