No, my guess is that they are trying to get it uplisted as soon as possible.
On a side note....I'm not sure why so many people want to attach anything hemp with anything marijuana.
It seems that the biggest reason people do it is because they see other people do it. Follow the herd.
My angle would be to NOT continually attach the two to each other. Hemp is its own product without the legal issues/problems or the stigma of MJ. Just because MJ is getting traction in the press doesn't mean you want to be associated with it.
Hemp can stand on its own in the health food category, not the illegal (or recently legal) drug category.
Just thinking out loud.
