3.77M shares diluted in 8 trading days since the R/S. (July 13th to 22nd). That comes to an average of 471k shares per day, a pre-split volume of 11.8M shares/day.
I don't think they can turn the dilution faucet on much more wide open than they have now. Between the dilution rate and Alan C's reported short interest %, I don't see how there could possibly be any buying pressure right now to boost, or even maintain the PPS.
Sure hope the recap plan is executed quickly as our % ownership is dropping very, very quickly.
