Good breakdown! David did say during a phone call a R/S would occur only for uplisting or a significant transaction that wouldn't negatively affect share price. With the two new acquisitions being mentioned a lot as of late, I'm curious if he's intending to finance those with the R/S shares that will open up.

We know what they're profits were looking like last year, and even when scaled up I don't see equities available to take two companies of that size without an impact to share structure. I could be missing something however.
