isn't that pre-open Bid/ Ask which doesn't matter on this pink sheet stock. If you actually go to buy or sell it goes to about what the Bid/ask is currently. Am I missing something you are trying to point out here? I don't think there is to much manipulation here. Fact is, no financials, no real news yet. The N-Assay should change all this.
