I see most of the picks hadsomely gains at certain point. It is very important to trade smart and take profits at tne right time. It is very important6 to understand the charts and the support and resistance lines to make decisions. If u r not good in charts, I would try to get as low as possible or just make a reasonable percentage as a goal for any trade and get out once achieved. The trade doesn;t have to be a home run, step by step will get u there.
