The potential tied to the fact that the only way the potential is unlocked is with these creative guys and their app developers. This is a personal service company. The lender must have already gotten out of it's short positions, so driving them into BK was not a benefit.
But I'm guessing it was the potential with the lender converting to be a part of the team. I wouldn't be too surprised at this point to see them retire the other 30% when NTEK finds $$$.
I think a huge risk has just become a positive, and I think that no-one knows NTEK as an outsider better that the lender (including their plans for the future).
I am encouraged.
