When deposed, will Kyle name the archaeologist who "allegedly" found gold coins on Area 2, which you posted you confirmed? That claim was made in the original complaint.
Will Kyle provide the environmental permits, if they actually have them mentioned in the last PR?
Will Kyle provide the 3 item agreement Seafarers "allegedly" had for Area 2?
Will Kyle provide documentation the platters contained the name of the Captain's wife, as they "alleged" in the original complaint?
Will/did Kyle provide the ClearTrust documents he said he would, and were "allegedly" available at past hearings?
I would ask for these documents to be available just as the FBAR provided nearly 3000 pages of documents related to Seafarers.
That shouldn't be a problem, correct?
