Read @ Ihub "Beer Money" he's got it spot on. But basically will help Talk the Ch 11 vs 7 big difference. One is a payback of debt .40-.60 on the dollar IMO ,which we are doing, the other is Full blown BK. So our financials are going to look more solid with less debt, attorney fees etc....We are shareholders of "TALK" not UMS which is doing the chapter 11.
