I understand.
It all becomes a busy body issue after a while.
Which is not OK
The result is not clarity...
One of my life long sayings is:
Do not be 'captured'
They will bifurcate you.
That means to not to be a slave of any kind.
Do not be much occupied.....
Focus off and on, etc
