Take a while to look at it all...
events though follow cycles...when the wolf is at the door you can be assured
they stayed down wind and shadowed those events as cover.
Though in most cases the wolves hunt in packs and strike the weakest or least suspecting. Thus the conspiracies do ride the coattails of events to cover their true intent.
Trump ( we have some of the dumbest negotiator's and make some of the dumbest deals) dumb or the wolves cover...
