It is plain to see our ROI is going nowhere with the current management team we have in place. I have to laugh (or maybe cringe) at some of the recent flowery BS posts about how the company has made great strides and progress in the 4K arena and indicating how lucky NTEK SH's are to be in on the ground floor of this little gem. REALLY?
Although I still have some waning hope (there's that word again that Jeff loves) that NTEK and UF will survive and perhaps even prosper the bottom line is investors bought this stock to MAKE MONEY AND REALIZE A NICE PROFIT. I don't give a sheeeeet about what great strides the company has made in the 4K streaming, their tech prowess, or any other B/S we hear about if it has come at the expense of my 90% negative investment return.
Loyal and long NTEK SH's have clearly been given the shaft with the latest share re-structuring plan, 499M A/S and 25.1 R/S translating to a more than SIX FREAKING TIMES the prior A/S. You have to know they will eagerly use up every last share of the A/S.
A few of us were begging the company to sell or partner up for $$ funding over a year ago but many here were to greedy and instead were pushing for some silly sky high multiple dollars per share. Well we got the sky but it is falling.
Longs (including me) would be insane to sell at this point as the damage sadly has already been inflicted. However the company will need to work hard and perform some magic to reel in new investors that it is in desperate need of. We longs are toast and the sacrificial lambs.
I am still looking forward to the live NTEK (Phil Foley interview) next week and if there will really be a new MGT team. Longs keep the faith, we can still possibly get back to even or at least maybe only see small losses going forward if we are lucky.
