The south and Midwest was dumb. If 80% of your non rc population and blacks are in the south and midwest and 90% of you military was in the south and midwest.
all you would have to do is purge your military. generals. Sign a bunch of UN executive. oders then suspended. the constitutional law. Declare marshal law. and supress your non rc christian population that would fight.
