You can
follow the new Hospital Construction in Michigan
You can follow the Co-op Farms (no small guys any more)
You can follow a corridor from Muskegon>Grand Rapids>Lansing>Detroit
50 miles north either way of that line is slowly rolling up. Nothing but farmland.
Illinois, Iowa and Missouri when I left in 1982 if you didn't have 5,000 acres you didn't farm and most everything was co-oped. On I 80 and I 70 past the Mississippi it is pretty much nothing but farmland. Kansas past Kansas City is nothing but farm land south from Wichita to Oklahoma nothing but farmland. Lincoln Neb, west nothing but farmland. Small towns are slowly dying off unless you are in the AG business.
UN Map looked pretty much like everything west of Chicago was a blank slat ...

I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...everything I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
