An unoriginally-named soft basher on the other site seems to have trouble finding the right tone for his/her new identity.
Just to make it clear: no, CTIX absolutely does not "need to have a partner with[in] the next 2 to 3 months." The company has plenty of money to continue operations for the next year.
It certainly does seem like a half-hearted attempt, so my theory that the big guys have covered and possibly gone long still seems possible.
