Well, actually, since the quarter that ended June 30 was the 4th qtr. of their fiscal year the quarterly results will be incorporated into the 10K annual report which is due on Sept. 30. There is no requirement to file a separate 4th qtr. report. perhaps they will give us a PR with revenue guidance at some point ahead of the 10K filing deadline.
