You suggested a Dem Gov won't be able to 'keep the peace' in Philly, so YOU'RE the one who politicized right off the bat.
It was poor police work to shoot a guy lying on his back with his hands up. Bad aim too. Yeah it IS a 'WTF?!', for any rational person.
Internal Affairs: 'You could see the guy on his back was no threat. Did you think the guy holding the toy truck would through it with lethal velocity, accurately? Get TF outta here! You've embarrassed the entire Miami PD."
Do you believe that there are NO bad shoots by cops or if there are they should not be investigated?
