I really dont care now what they are doing. They need to bring meaty PR with good stuff. But starting with getting it current, before anything else. This will go nowhere but sideways till they give shareholders what they need (current status). The only way this will move a few ticks up its when they get you all current status. If they PR anything that has nothing to do with the status it will close red again with over 100mil of dumping volume. People do get tires and those peep buying have this on a very short leash. They will sell quicker than ever.
