No institutional shorts have covered imho. Some retail shorts may have covered but they don't really count and are actually good for a stock as they borrow shares to short against whereas the abusive naked shorts do not.
Their goal is zero bid and bankruptcy of the company. They don't cover until forced and hopefully the company is getting ready to do just that. Go NTEKD!!!
