Since the CEO for 2 months now does not take calls anymore these will be the questions for anyone who manages to get in touch with him:
1) Terms and status of MCV acquisition
2) To convertible debt: i) purpose of recent notes ii) any consideration as to issuing further convertible note iii) disclosure of loans in between financials
3) Investors Relations: How about letter to shareholders and guidance PR as to business plan and goals
4)Press releases do not show on IHub or Brokerage sites...management should get subscription for better dissemination
