That is precisely the point of having financial audits. It opens the eyes and pocket books of tutes that might be restrained from investments due to unknown compliance issues and their own policies. In the event they are clean and free it only adds to the attractiveness of NTEK and that they are legitimate company to invest in. Now just too many questions. The only thing that might save us is if they have a well executed plan in the works that will address the debt issue, which they had already communicated they had, and that they are in collaboration with a partner.
