The "restructuring" was discussed a while back and was looking at a move to the big board around the end of 2017, NOT for the move off the pinks and onto the OTCQB tier. Restructuring end of next year is tentative based on share price and structure as required by the SEC and is based on several values. The only thing that truly matters at this point is successful brand building and increased sales. All else will fall into place very nicely.
