I agree with you, Why risk his career repeatedly writing hte same script if it were not true.
I still think there has to be more than what we know.
This is the only I know where the SEC had to go to court to get the Hard Drive returned, which is customary I guess to give the defendants so they know the evidence the SEC has.
If this was an normal occurance, you can sure bet there would be a link posted stating so. This is one link that Dick Head can't provide
Their even rewriting hte dictionary of the definitons they use to describe the defendants. And the SEC as well rewrites the law just for this little ol oil company that is struggling to survive
