Nothing more needs to be done to move from the pink sheet market to the OTCQB tier, except to satisfy any further comments by the SEC other than documentation (applying) for the tier change. Share restructuring may need to happen in a year and a half or so if they decide to make the move to the AMEX as Jerry suggested they probably would. Still, that's down the road a bit, and we'll just have to wait and see what kind of progress is realized between now and then.
