Rough necks cops
in most cases have no choice. They are going into a war zone daily. Drugs, alcohol, abuse and mental health. They are not equipped for most of the stuff they see daily. Then you add in the racism within the inner city. It is a turf war between the masses.
Cops are the line between anachist and civilization. In most cases they are just keeping it contained.
We have disabled 3 generations of males in this country..and there lies the problem.
