At the very least we have to hand it to the company for staying true to their commitment to keep SH, product users and believers engaged on Twitter and other SM platforms. Most pennies would have packed their tents by now and fell into the deep hibernation. Instead we are getting an increase in SM usage, more face time with our CEO and some small hints as to what is on the horizon. I'm certainly encouraged by the direction they're going.
