i'm not alan either .. but i'll answer that from my take
what everyone has to remember and why i focus on patterns over weeks/months and in some cases .. years
is what comes to pass when an OTC company/stock survives the OTC
(poorly watched/heavily manipulated) .. AVXL .. *was RUN UP* post uplist
in OCT 2015 .. because CEs had no choice .. they had to get some legit
sells .. but notice they kept the *clamp* (as i call it) on AVXL at just below
3.75 (sub 15.00) pre R/S PPS .. this is important .. and then CEs' did what
they always do .. they reset and forced the PPS back down looking to shake
the retail tree .. doesn't mean they were ever able to cover ... which is why
the *legal* short data (just like CTIX's is) is so telling
