$PSGR Well, it appears that Pershing Resources has decided to use Dr. Duncan Bain, professional geologist, and his company to further the development of at least one of the mine sites (claims).
I suggest that current shareholders and potential investors review prior activities of Dr. Bain & Company and research comments made by individuals who have had first hand knowledge of Dr. Bain. There appears to be no doubt that Dr. Bain is a PhD and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Colombia. However, it is suggested that investors may wish to review a Dec 3, 2010 Article by the VANCOUVER SUN (newspaper) that reported on a disciplinary action against Dr. Bain. Additionally, investors may wish to review Nova Mining Corp. in Nevada and several other mining related activities, to which Dr. Bain has been connected/associated. I make these suggestions to remind current shareholders and potential investors that DUE DILIGENCE is necessary for improving one's chances for success.
