I can't see why an attorney would put his career on the line by issuing a pleading that is nothing but the truth? Some of it's content has been made very public with much defamation to TECO insiders. To say any vendetta against Blackburn and company has been done professionally is laughable. The vendetta reminds me of school yard bullying and name calling! Childish at best! That said, if the pleading contains some truth and the judge wants those truths proven then it will open up a huge can of worms. If this has been one big vendetta against Blackburn and crew for lost millions then I foresee investigations going on for a while. If some think they have friends at the SEC and the case is opened up to the DOJ and DHS, etc then in my opinion heads will spin! I agree that IHUB is nothing more than "financial terrorism" by certain individuals who draw in the unsuspecting public with their groups. I wonder if any long term majority shareholders have been interviewed by the SEC or DOJ or has it only been the BOD? What is evident is this case has not been in the best interest of shareholders rights and their protections. This case has been about something else entirely.
