Amen, if he cannot meet the date he should not give the date. I speak to him as well and he also gives me time frames for PR. I stopped repeating them because he is consistently off by a couple of days. I recommend that moving forward we all just stop repeating that part of our conversation until the point that he becomes accurate. It hurts our credibility as well as his when he is not able to follow through.
