Looking at the horrendous side effects that the biologics can have, it sure seems like Prurisol has all kinds of stuff going for it -- (nothing proven until trials completed, of course) -- but seemingly better safety profile, easier to manufacture, and acts faster (patients said they felt a difference in 2 weeks)
