I have 6 million shares right now. I doubt the judge will let them convert but the law isn't always "Justice". Anyways, planning for the worst isn't always a bad strategy. Most people put hope into their investments which is hard not to do. Even if KBM wins, there will be nothing left holding HJOE back. Unless there's other notes we don't know about that are waiting for them to get current. Anyways it might be another good buying opportunity if the worst happens.
