I have been one of the biggest cheerleaders for this stock for a long time. I have lost a lot of respect when they don't deliver on 2 major issues that they have promised. They talked about having audits done back in 2013 and have never delivered. This is why the revenue that they report does not matter to big investors. If you say you will have your financials audited and then 3 years later it is still not done then it makes you look REALLY REALLY BAD! The cost is not a good argument because you just diluted 1.5 billion shares??? Audited financials would have stabilized the pps and that would have more than offset the cost as compared to the freefall of the pps during the dilution.
The other problem is the issuance of the NTGL shares. I and several of my family members loaded up on NTEK shares prior to Feb of 2015 just so we would receive more NTGL shares. There is absolutely NO reason that this should still be an issue. 16 months is way beyond ridiculous. The management of NTEK should be ashamed and embarrassed that they have not distributed these PROMISED shares!

I know that they read this board and I hope that they decide that it is time to deliver on things that they have promised. I don't know why people keep screaming for a SH letter. I don't want another promise that they are trying to deliver on an old promise. I want AUDITED fins and my NTGL shares!!!
