Yes. The CEO sold a small percentage of his holdings so did I and anyone with half a brain that likes to take some profits off shaving on a high RSI. Good news is many of us who shaved some off including the CEO can and will buy the retrace and end up owning even more shares using the market. It's called trading around a core position. It works. You ought to try it some time. Buy and hold all shares is dead. The idiots who bought and held PVS* VST* lost big time! Some people are just too stupid to be in the stock market.
