It was my first thought when reading the PR this morning...fuel for AF and his ilk. It remains to be seen if this new prez can do more than P.R.s. If there is a follow-up soon then maybe there will be more to come. If this is all they have for now then it does look odd to PR this, especially with the extreme double caveat that essentially cancels the information.

I'm glad to know the info, though. Maybe the intent was to throw a bone to longs. We're starved, chained to the wall with festering sores so any scraps or a salve will help out.

Someday I would love for this short squeeze scenario to play out with CTIX. I've only seen it on one other stock I've been associated with and it was a penny player's penny stock. Junk the whole way. Oh, and I sold mine before it happened.
