Shorts using wash trades to hold down the price and prevent a run. Those wash trades will also lower the FINRA short percentage at the end of the day.
Drano the abusive shorts (not retail) have not covered a single share yet and will not cover until forced. These criminals should be prosecuted but don't expect regulators to do it.
