Worth remembering too that Brilacidin is NOT a biologic, with the kinds of side effects those drugs often have. Given the very limited absorption systemically that Bril would have with this mode of administration, it does seem like a much safer alternative if it works well (as today's PR indicates it could).

Hope they are working on a foam form of administration. Sounds like it is much less unpleasant.
