Agreed. They owe us an explanation, and no lies; no smoke and mirrors, hints, etc.. If they're diluting, say it... and for what purpose. If it's for a good purpose, then fine. If not...if it's enriching company insiders, board members etc, then absolutely not. Very, VERY disappointed in the direction we have taken since the so-called "reconstruction."
