for those OTC survivors .. *imo* .. abusive shorts tend to be a % of *volume*
which is why i focus so much on it .. and note what CEs' do with each days'
tape of trades .. 50/50 split .. 33/33/34 split .. or 75/25
it all adds up for those OTC survivors whose mgmt teams are both aware and
can execute
in one stock i document *imo* the abusive short is the Float (80M ~ 90M)
at that co.s 8th year as a pubco (AS is just under 125M ~)
