Haha git what a clown .. dont get scared now, people get sued all day everyday so don't think any one person can't be sued for anything, incl libel and slander against a corporate giant like T-Mobile. Rumors of T-Mobile working with a so-called scam could truly affect business. If u have real proof TALK is a scam, u should be able to prove it in court as well.
