how many times did u malc n 21z say merger wasnt complete til audited financials were out? T-mobile contract ended Dec. 2015, could've been renewed Jan. 2016 so since they werent officially merged til the audited fins or even closing date, an 8k wouldn't be required by UMS since according to ur own words they weren't officially one, correct?
Funny how u skipped over the last question. LOL Careful with your words as implying a corporate giant like T-Mobile is not doing thorough DD on their Master dealers and working with scams can be considered libel. Worked there several years, my gf worked her way up from a store rep to currently an analyst for T-Mobile in her 10 years there, we've both met Legere several times and she knows lots of higher ups. Please confirm your statement.
